At Mantra Heal, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Due to the nature of wellness supplements, we maintain a strict Refund & Replacement Policy to ensure product quality and customer safety.

Refund Policy

As our products are consumable wellness supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The order was cancelled before shipment.
Payment was deducted but the order was not processed.
The product could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to us.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

A replacement may be provided if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
The product is missing from your order.

To request a replacement:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your Order ID.
Share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted if:

The product has been opened or consumed.
The request is made after the specified reporting period.
Damage occurred due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
The customer ordered the wrong product.
The customer changes their mind after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
